This is a quick and easy side with things I basically aways have in the house. My husband prefers romano cheese to parmersean, but sometimes I get my way.
Parmersean Noodles

Parmersean Noodles
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked egg noodles
1/4 grated parmersean cheese
1 tsp basil
1 tsp parsley
2 tsp granulated/powdered garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
Boil and drain the egg noodles, let them sit in the strainer for a few minutes. Put them back in the pot you boiled them in, turn the heat back on to low. Add all of the rest of the ingredients, serve immediately.
